Payment Methods

In the stalflex.pl online store, we offer the following payment methods:

1. Prepayment via bank transfer

Payment by bank transfer to our account before the order is dispatched. After placing an order, you will receive the amount to be paid and detailed payment information in the summary and confirmation email. Once the funds have been credited to our account, we will proceed with the order.

2. Fast payments via imoje (including by payment card)

Customers can pay for ordered goods through the external imoje payment system, operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A. based in Katowice. This solution ensures fast and secure payments, allowing for quicker order processing. We accept payments via payment cards and other popular methods available on the platform.

3. Payment upon pickup at the company's headquarters

For your convenience, we offer the option to pay when picking up the order directly at our headquarters. Cash payments are only possible for transactions with a total value not exceeding the statutory limit of PLN 15,000 gross (including VAT) for transactions between businesses (B2B). This limit applies to the total transaction value, regardless of the number of payments.

For consumers (B2C), there is currently no limit on cash payments, meaning you can pay in cash for any amount. Payment is made upon receipt of the goods, which are released after payment is made.
