Processing purposes and legal basis
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  1. Conclusion and execution of the contract: Processing is necessary for the conclusion of the contract and the performance of related activities (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).

  2. Evidential and archival purposes: Processing is for the purpose of preserving evidence in case it is necessary to prove facts, which is a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

  3. Protection against claims: If necessary, your data may be processed to establish, assert or defend against claims (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

  4. Tax obligations: The processing of your data is required for tax settlements in accordance with applicable law (Article 6(1)(c) RODO).

  5. Marketing of our own products and services: Your data may be used to promote our products and services, which is a legitimate interest of the company (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

Requirement to provide personal data
Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract. Failure to provide data may prevent the conclusion of a contract or taking action prior to its conclusion.

Recipients of the data
Your data may be shared with:

  1. To entities that process data on our behalf: These include subcontractors such as companies managing branches on our behalf, law firms, insurance companies, and warranty repair contractors.

  2. Entities authorized by law.

  3. Banks that finance investments.

Data transfer
Stalflex Sp. z o.o. does not plan to transfer your personal data to third countries or international organizations.

Your rights
You are entitled to the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:

  1. Right of access: You can access and obtain a copy of your personal data (Article 15 RODO).

  2. Right to rectification: You can request that your data be corrected if it is incorrect or incomplete (Article 16 RODO).

  3. Right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted in certain cases (Article 18 RODO).

  4. Right to erasure: You may request the erasure of your personal data, subject to the exceptions provided for in Article 17(3) of the RODO.

  5. Right to object: You may object to the processing of your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) and (f) RODO, unless there are overriding legitimate grounds for the processing or it is necessary for the defense of claims.

Period of storage of personal data
Personal data processed on the basis of concluded contracts will be kept for the duration of the contract and for 6 years after its termination for archival and tax purposes, or until the legal conclusion of any proceedings.

The right to lodge a complaint with an authority
You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.

Information about automated decision-making
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
