We would like to inform you that thanks to the support from the European Union (FELD.01.05-IP.02-0015/23) for the implementation of the project entitled “IT and Physical Integration of the Production Process”, the entire company has been placed under IT supervision and management. The purchase and implementation of production management software, as well as software for organizing and executing sales processes, will improve the plant's operations, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and eliminate errors.
The aim of the project is to replace manually executed processes with IT-based processes.
The target groups are: employees involved in the product development processes, individuals responsible for innovation management at Stalflex Sp. z o.o., and the company's customers.

Stalflex Sp. z o.o. is implementing a project entitled: “STALFLEX – a Brand of Smart Solutions”.
The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Programme Smart Growth 2014–2020, Sub-measure 3.3.3: Support for SMEs in the promotion of product brands – Go to Brand.
The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of a Polish SME by participating in high-level trade exhibitions, particularly to establish contacts with potential foreign partners through activities defined in the IT/ICT Promotion Program.
Thanks to the implementation of the project, the company will offer innovative solutions for the industry on international markets, which have already been appreciated by both Polish and international customers. As a result, the company will increase its export revenues. The project will contribute to the promotion of the STALFLEX product brand, whose products are competitive with others in the same sector on the global market, and it will strengthen the company's position in the industry worldwide.

“Implementation of In-House R&D Results as an Opportunity to Open New Markets”
The direct objective of the project is to implement in-house R&D work, leading to the diversification of the product portfolio through the production and introduction of a mobile device charger that controls and optimizes the charging process. This device actively responds to the charge level of the mobile device and automatically cuts off power once the battery is fully charged (100%).
The subject of the project is the purchase of fixed assets controlled by computer software, enabling the implementation of in-house R&D results and the production of an innovative product on at least a national scale.

The project concerns creating better conditions for the development of the company "Stalflex." The goal is to carry out comprehensive preparation of the industrial plot No. 169/39 with an area of 0.7541 ha, tailored to the company’s business activities and based on identified and inventoried needs.
The project is located in an area with a high unemployment rate and within the direct impact zone of the TEN-T network, as indicated in the Łódź Region Development Strategy 2020. The site is situated near major transport investments (S8 expressway and railway line), on a degraded area requiring revitalization – the former industrial grounds of ZWCH “WISTOM.”
